As Director of Field Services, Larry oversees the Loss Control and Training services of the Trust. He develops, implements and coordinates training seminars on a wide variety of loss control training topics. He also an instructor for many course including: Defensive Driving, Reasonable Suspicion, Supervisory classes and more. He coordinates the Employment Law Hotline and is lead staff for the Risk Management Committee which oversees risk management recommendations to the membership and funds a variety of LGIT grant programs. Larry holds a BA from Salisbury University in History and a Masters in Science from UMUC. He worked for the Dorchester County Board of Education as Site Administrator for the County’s Evening High School Program and other Adult Education programs. He is also a former city council member of the Cambridge City Council and served as Council President from 2002 to 2004.
